Armin Steinberg Meller, M.D., Holocaust Survivor, 100, beloved husband of the late Elizabeth S. Meller for 66 years; cherished father of Janet Meller (Joel Kaplan) and Steven (Jody) Meller; adored grandfather of Michael (Desiree), Kathryn and Daniel Rappaport, Samuel (Katie), Suzanne and Abigail Meller; devoted son of the late Samuel and Fanny Meller; dear brother of the late Anna, Lieb, Margaret, Giselle, Yolan, Jacob, Clara and Robert Meller. Dr. Meller was a dedicated family man and devoted physician to his many patients during his 52 years of practice in Chicago. Graveside service, Tuesday, 10 AM at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, Washington, D.C., www.ushmm.org.
